Returns:
If your merchandise is in good, sellable condition (including original packaging and receipt) we will gladly issue a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. Shrubs and trees are eligible for an extended guarantee when planted and cared for according to our guidelines.
Returns must be accompanied by a receipt in order to be fully refunded. If receipt is not available, a rewards account can be used to look up purchase history. Merchandise discounted by 50% or more and all food products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Due to local hand delivery, there is no return shipping option. You must bring merchandise to Watson’s store at 6211 Pioneer Way East, Puyallup, WA, 98371 accompanied by a receipt in order to be fully refunded.
Price Adjustments:
Customers have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a price adjustment for items that have gone on a promotional sale. Excludes clearance or end of season inventory clear outs.
Damages and Claims:
If merchandise is damaged or defective you can contact info@watsonsgreenhouse.com or call 253-845-7359 to obtain authorization for a return of damaged or defective goods.
Trees and Shrubs Policy:
All nursery stock purchased from Watson's is guaranteed to perform to your complete satisfaction -- provided it is cared for as outlined in our Transplanting Guideline. If a tree or shrub purchased from our nursery fails to meet your expectations please return the plant to us, along with your sales receipt, within one year of the purchase date. We will gladly replace the plant when available, or issue credit towards the purchase of other items. (This applies once to any plant replaced). Our guarantee does not apply to the loss of nursery stock due to harsh weather conditions (i.e. winter freeze, windstorm damage, flooding) or improper care (i.e. lack of watering). The guarantee period for all nursery stock is one year from the date of purchase. Roses and fruit trees are limited in quantity each year and may not be available following the original season of purchase. We also guarantee to fully refund your purchase if returned with receipt, within 30 days, in good sellable condition.
