Arctostaphylos uva-ursi 'Vancouver Jade', is a low growing evergreen groundcover shrub. Shiny dark green leaves become reddish-brown in winter. White flowers tinged with pink appear in spring. Not to be eating, bright red berries ripen in the fall and winter
