A darling dwarf shrub with dark foliage and bright rose-pink buds opening in spring to small light pink flowers soon fading to pink-flushed white. Foliage turns dark maroon in the winter. 'Ginny Gee' is both heat and cold tolerant. A fine landscape accent.
