Saturday, February 7th, 11am

Start your journey into a living art form with bonsai expert Robert Cho and his son, Nolan Cho. This 2-hour immersive workshop is designed to give beginners a complete foundation in the craft.

The first hour covers the fascinating history and origins of bonsai, alongside the fundamental care principles and tools you’ll need to help your tree thrive. In the second hour, you will get hands-on experience by styling and planting a 5-to-6-year-old outdoor Juniper tree into a ceramic bonsai container. You’ll head home with your own custom-potted tree and the confidence to care for it.

One ticket per participant

Materials provided: Pot, screen, lava rock, bonsai soil, 5 to 6-year-old juniper tree, soil conditioner, and necessary tools (to be used in class only).
