Commonly known as Beach Strawberry, Fragaria Chiloensis features rosettes of shiny, slightly lobed, dark green leaves with an explosion of small white blooms in mid-spring. The flowers turn into a crop of small, edible red fruits. Tolerant of moderate foot traffic, Beach Strawberry is a useful lawn substitute or for stabilizing slopes.
